Methodology

The Letter Builder project underwent a 24-week Proof of Concept (POC) phase, followed by 12 weeks of post-development support. During the POC, we analyzed existing processes, initiated software development, and iterated based on stakeholder feedback. Post-development, inclusive support was provided, focusing on technical knowledge transfer and capacity building for seamless solution management. Continuous improvement drove optimization and alignment with organizational needs.
